What if I’m not in shape yet?
That’s exactly why this exists. You don’t need to be “in shape” to start — you just need to be ready to move. I’ll meet you where you are, and build the plan from there.
Do I need a gym membership or equipment?
Nope. Your workouts are based on your environment — bodyweight only, resistance bands, or minimal home gear. I design around what you actually have access to.
How much time do I need each week?
Most plans are built around 3–4 focused sessions per week, plus small daily actions that create lasting change. We’ll make the plan fit your schedule — not the other way around.
What happens after I apply?
Once you fill out the form, I’ll review your info and reach out within 24–48 hours. If it looks like a strong fit, we’ll either jump on a short Zoom call or get started right away.
Is this right for me if I’ve fallen off for a while?
Absolutely. If the kids are grown, life’s slowed down, and you’re ready to put yourself first again — this was made for you. Strength, mobility, and consistency are all trainable. You just have to start.
