Slant Board
Been using this to warm up my ankles and hamstrings before leg day. Also a big help for managing knee discomfort.
Foam Roller
Every morning and post-leg day. Helps loosen a stiff back and break up tight quads.
TheraGun
My go-to recovery tool. If your partner hates giving you a massage (or taps out too early), this is your answer. I use it to hit legs, traps, and glutes on my own.
Bed Buddy Microwave Heating Pad
Moist heat penetrates deep. Add a bit of water, microwave for 1:30–2 minutes, and it stays hot for a long time. Had my first one in high school — still using one today.

5.11 Weighted Vest
Curved plates = more comfortable wear. I throw this on for cardio sessions and any stair climb event. Adds intensity without sacrificing range of motion.
Resistance Bands
Best low-cost entry into resistance training. Packs light, travels well, and upgrades your bodyweight training. If you've mastered pushups and squats, this is the next step.
Pull-Up Station
Forget those flimsy doorway bars. This multi-function station lets you train pull-ups, dips, push-ups, and ab raises — all in one spot.
